70's Glam Rock at it's besf
Growing up in the 70's ,this was a period of fun and glamour. Extravagant, flamboyant behaviour. There seemed NO rivalry, and all groups, shared limelight, and helped each other. Spangles, glitter, fun . None did it better at the time than Gary Glitter. When he got it right, everybody was hooked. His Christmas extravaganzas are legendary. The music is a doorway to an innocent happy time. The hypnotic beats, the hook lines, the high energy stomping tracks, still bring a smile to the faces of anybody who shared that time.
