Beautiful mugs but keeps breaking
4 of 8 are broken I'm afraid. I created pamper kits with them and gave 5 out as Christmas presents. I used one in the microwave and 1 to make tea and it cracked. My sister and niece had the same problem. I am scared to use the rest so I asked for a refund but I can only be given money back for what is broken.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

They look and feel delightful, BUT...
... TWO of the FOUR that I bought cracked and broke when hot drinks were poured into them. Sorry... tea/coffee cups HAVE hot drinks poured into them. That's what they're there for. A tea/coffee cup than cannot be used for hot drinks without cracking and breaking is not fit for purpose.
