A really good all-rounder

I've been making my own bread for about 5 years. Usually, I use Marriage's flour, as I think it's the best available. However, during these uncertain times, it's been almost impossible to get bread flour of any sort. I knew of Heygates flour, & I also knew it was a very good brand. I bought this small (!!!!) 16Kgs bag as it was the only size available. I love it. The taste is smooth & the texture is about the same as Marriage's bread. Great flour, makes superb bread
Fantastic flour - the bread it makes is soooo much better than bread made with the usual shop bought stuff. We are on our second bag since COVID and panic buying caused us to took further afield for bread flour.
