Very good but instructions need to be included.
Good and effective product at a reasonable price. Would have received 5 stars if only there had been some instructions accompanying the swabs. These work in a different way to previous ones I have used and a couple were wasted until I discovered that you need to push the top down to release the agent. Otherwise great.

Arrived in a box badly sealed - 1 strip of tape which didn't seal the flap. Contents rattling around, nothing to protect what was inside. No instructions on how to use the item purchased. Total waste of money.
