Other members of their family include their two dogs, Belle and Grizzly, a Siamese cat named Maylee, and their two horses, Ameera and Cherokee Rose. IT PRECISELY FITS! WINTER'S MIRACLE WOULD ALSO FIT.
A STORY FOR ALL AGES. WELL, 10 AND UP , I'D GUESS. A MAN IS ALONE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS AND THIS IS HIS FIRST CHRISTMAS SINCE HIS WIFE PASSED. A HORSE IS WANDERING, LOST IN THE STORM. SHE IS GIVEN A SAFE PLACE AND GIVES THE MAN A MIRACLE. IT IS SHORT AND AN EXCELLENT READ ALOUD STORY FOR ABOUT 4TH GRADE AN UP. A JR. This was a lovely story - just on the short side. I would have liked to see the foal's entire first year followed! It had great illustrations and those made the story even more touching. Short story, but with touching meaning
This is a sweet and touching story that reminds all of us about the things in life that are important and make life special. We all have gifts around us we do not notice like we should. Beautiful Story
I work at an animal sanctuary and we were looking for stories to tell the kids around the fire during our Christmas event so I bought this book based on the cover art work and the fact that we have a brown mare named Winter at the sanctuary.
