A voice like velvet
The late Don Williams was blessed with a wonderfully smooth voice. He stuck to C&W which probably limited his appeal. If he'd made out like Kenny Rogers, he'd have made a mighty fortune. Some of these tracks, played softly at bedtime, are very sleep-inducing if you don't try to follow the words, which always tell a story. Good old Music Magpie. My source of choice for new and used (always immaculate) CDs and DVDs.
