Just the job
Just what I needed. Great design. Manoevrable, relatively light weght, powerful suck, powerful light, no bags, easy to empty, easy to recharge, easy to separate into hand held defice, good attachments, comes with compact Shark bag to store attachments & charger. Easy to store upright. Altogether a great improvement on my previous GTech vacuum which broke down and when GTech Customer Services could not advise which part to replace without an expensive process of elimination, I purchased new and a different brand. Great decision. Too early to comment on reliability.

Not as happy with my vac as I had hoped.
My shark vac is not as great as I thought it would be after reading many reviews. Firstly its heavy to use ,the 40 min run time runs to the second compared to my Rowenta Airforce 360 which easily gives me a full hour of great suction. The head is very big so unable to give great suction under furniture without legs ,unlike my Rowenta .Otherwise for normal floor vacuuming it's okay, picks up the dog hair ,bird seed & just about manages the cat litter. Easier to empty & clean .Looks as if the plastic parts will last longer than the Rowenta, I have had to replace all the vac apart from the hand part with the battery on my Rowenta & this is the reason I did not buy another but my vote is not made yet as to which is the better complete machine.The anti hair wrap which is the Sharks baby lives up to all the stories & does stay free from hair of all types but they do not tell you that the 2 little wheels & orange brush pick up all the hair ,so it is necessary to keep stopping to clean them this is a big nuisance as they start dropping hair back onto the floor,I have attached a pic to prove my point. Will there ever be a vacuum cleaner that lives up to all they say it does ?

good power and easy to use
First time I have owned a cordless vacuum. I am very impressed with the cleaning power of it. No winding or unwinding of cords, easily emptied, the battery is simple to fit and remove. Also able to take the top off and go clean my car. It is a bit heavy on the wrist, and if you use the turbo the battery will soon run down, Overall, I love it

I bought it for a family member who has a prosthetic leg and it has made his whole cleaning regime so much easier. No cord to trip over and generally keeps him safe whilst vacuuming. Thank you

Fantastic - shows Dyson the door
Having spent 3 years repairing a Dyson D6, that seemed to stop working after every use and spent as much time in bits on my kitchen work top as it did on the carpet - I am delighted with the Shark. It is unbelievable. No clog - no hair around brushes - don't have to stick your fingers in to empty - fold up for easy storage (I never thought ~I would want this feature, but its fantastic!). Early days but I really love it.

Quality product , great price and easy to handle .
Product is very well made and extremely easy to handle although my wife finds it a bit heavy but it feels like a quality product . It is so much more maneuverable than the Dyson corded we had .and is extremely easy to empty . Cannot comment on battery life as have not used it over a long period but have to say I was dubious about having a cordless cleaner but so far am delighted with my purchase .

I just love Shark Hoovers. I have a corded one and now a refurbished cordless one after my cordless one looked a bit worst for wear. My new hoover looks brand new no one would be able to guess it was refurbished. I like the way it performs is easy to empty and not too noisy.

Amazing, can’t find any marks all tools came in bags and boxed, looked like brand new. Ordered 1.30 one day arrived12.30 next day. Obviously tried it straight away as couldn’t find many reviews about it picking up dog hairs wanted to try it, my carpet is not a deep carpet it was brilliant used the boost where my dog lies so more hair, picked it all up so far so good very impressed.

As good as a corded in suction power and a lot more useful. It is easy to store tucked into a corner as it folds in half. The whole vacuum cleaner adapts into so many ways as it switches from small hand-held, to hand held with long reach, to full upright cleaner. There are a wide range of tools, two of which are powered, and the flexing tube is very good for getting under furniture. The headlights are a good touch that makes it easy to see into dark corners. The battery lasts 50 minutes or more and second batteries are from just over £30 on eBay, to £80 from Shark. A fill recharge takes about 3 hours.

Price perfect!
Bought this to replace my Dyson DC40 and I’m already in love! It took less than 24 hours to arrive from ordering. Placed order at 1230pm Friday, arrived 12pm Saturday. It was packaged really well and in reusable/recyclable materials. The instructions/quick guide were easy to follow. It’s lightweight, super easy to use and comes with all the extras you need. I hoovered before I used this and it still picked up so much pet hair and dust from my wood floors, I wasn’t really impressed! I love that it folds in half and takes up less than half the size of my previous hoover. The bin is easy to empty too. Attaching the extras is super simple and they’re really effective and work perfectly, it also comes with a handy bag, which I use to store the tools. The pet hair tool is amazing to use on my sofa and upholstery to remove to dog hair (black Labrador hair). The only downside I’d say is that it doesn’t stand on its own without support which I find a little annoying, but it’s such a minor issue. I’d definitely recommend it to everyone, especially when it’s less than half the price of a Dyson, even if it is refurbished!
