Totally outclasses Spoke's tri-corder in convenience and capability: it's a sick piece of kit as my kids would say.
This replaced a Samsung S7 which was around five years old and was well worth the upgrade. I am a keen photographer and hiker and so am impressed by the Note 20 Ultra's camera, supporting software (the Samsung RAW editor) and large bright screen. The battery life is good at around 24 hours between charges with continual use throughout the day and the sound and microphone perform well outdoors. This is the last Samsung phone to have an SD card memory slot, newer versions have dropped this feature, and so this makes it ideal for photographers who need expandable storage. Transferring all my data and settings from my old S7 was a simple matter of running Samsung''s excellent Smart Switch app which can also complete backups up to a PC for extra piece of mind; and the PC Dex app is an excellent addition to PC connection functionality. But like all modern smart phones, the Note 20 has an exposed camera with no lens protection and a case which, although beautiful to look at, is far too fragile and slippery in the hand for safe use outside of a protective case. Samsung screens, in being AMOLED, are stunning to view but I really dislike the curved edges that Samsung has applied to all its premium phones these days - watching videos, viewing photos and even reading on a screen which rolls pixels over curved edges is ridiculous design philosophy in my opinion. I bought this phone at £600 new with 256GB of internal memory, a steal compared to the most recent fair from Samsung, and so it's a thoroughly recommended purchase.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Awesome business phone
