Amazing little radio.
Highly recommend this little gem. I hook it up to my outside discone antenna and it brings in many stations in the broadcast band. It's amazing for its small size. There is a learning curve because of all the features with buttons having multiple functions. I'm still learning the many features via the manual and youtube videos. You can't go wrong with the low price and packed full of capability. Buttons are small and sometimes difficult to use. If you enjoy swling, buy this radio.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Awesome radio in a small package.
I find the sensitivity of this little radio far beyond my expectations. They have packed an enormous amount of frequencies, bands, and features in this radio. PL-330 Great Value
I have the Tecsun PL-990 and H-101 but I end up grabbing the Pl-330 most of the time. It works very well on SSB were I like to listen to ham operators. It lasts a long time on the rechargeable battery. The display is easy to read even with my poor eyesight.I also own an earlier version PL-330 with the older software. I never had the bugs others had with that version . Mine always worked perfectly. I must say that for the price the PL-330 is a great value!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good Radio, Great Value
Good sensitivity, easy tuning, lots of memory and reasonable sound. Also great value. I like the variable bandwidths, the ability to choose USB or LSB for listening on the ham bands, and how the synchronous detector brings up weak AM. My only quibble is the awkward way you fine tune, in 10-Hz steps, SSB and CW signals. Wish it had a clarifier control as on my Grundig/Eton. HJMVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great features in an ultra small package
This is a great radio at a friendly price point. It's got some essential features like SSB and an exterior antenna jack which allows for comparable performance to Tecsun's larger and more feature rich radios like the PL-660 and the PL-880. The manual is well written and easy to understand. Radio is sensitive, though the MW (AM) can get overloaded - this is not a deal breaker, however. I bought it mainly for the single side band function but use other bands as well.
The radio is compact as I had hoped it would be. It is easy to choose different functions. It sounds clear and has very good reception as it picks up weaker signals and when you add a wire to the external antenna jack it enhances signals even more.
