If you take your time, look at the pieces and what screws are used, it really is quite easy. Once built, it's well made and compact with a generous cooking surface. Great item but no instructions !
Better temperature control than our existing ten year old almost identical one (still working but getting a bit rusty). Almost fully assembled, I would have given five stars but there were no instructions. Having said that there were only eight or ten nuts and bolts to fit into fairly obvious places.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
