Reasonable price for a dependable product
Reasonable price for a dependable product. I've bought six of these so far for various projects one of which involves a prototype for attaching to the outside of a camper van to facilitate attaching a a non-permanent solar panel. No fit for purpose
These bars fell off the tiles in under two minutes . Tried in different locations always wiping the surface clean before use but to no avail. I have need of extra support and was surprised that this product failed so dismally. Such a product would be presumed to be those in need such as elderly or infirm and something they would rely on totally. Therefore I would ask the supplier to review this product before selling them again . Why it is necessary to have a photo of something not working is odd and for me without help from someone else, I live alone, is very difficult. It will probably now be necessary to keep my purchase as the return process with photo is not easy for me. Thanks for asking but will probably now not use eBay. They work, but…
When attached to tiles with a totally smooth glassy finish they work fine and keep securely attached, however, on tiles with any pattern that you can feel with your fingers, it is unlikely they will remain stuck and can become dislodged over time, which can be dangerous. So test these out by sticking them to your surface and leaving them for two days before testing. Never use them to bear your weight. Initial Thoughts
We were initially very pleased with these safety handles, they arrived early and I fitted (stuck them onto smooth tiles) in or should I say inappropriate position around the bath. All was fine until shower time. First one of them just fell off, then the other about 3 minutes later. Restuck them back on they initially feel secure. Shower one fell off again during the night scarring the bejesus out of us. I then checked the other one and it was loose. So to conclude we only fit them whilst bathing and then take them off There must be better quality ones out there as the pressure on these weaken once put under pressure.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Suction, what suction.
After a recent hip replacement I purchased these to aid entering and leaving a walk in shower with a raised tray. I haven't even tried them, dangerous because after a few minutes attached to smooth ceramic tiles they fall off. Not worth the risk, I'll just use more care without even attempting to grab these. They will not be there anyway but will have already fallen off the tiles. Very poor quality too, the lever action is virtually impossible to use. Wanted a device for steadying whilst having a showers
I needed a device to steady my self whilst in a showers in a bath. These support hand rail grab rail auction grips suited me well. I needed something to touch and hold should I slip. I can alter the position until I get it right then I will have permanent handles fitted latter. Great handles at a great price !
I was told to stay away from suction grab handles as they are unsafe and loose there suction well I'm glad I ignored the advice, once fitted they are virtually impossible to move, although I only use them to help me ballance, the good thing is once I get better I can just remove them, no drilling of holes in the tiles etc,,and the price was right for them,I would definitely recommend these handles,Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
