You'll "ruff"-ly laugh your "dog"-gone "pant"-s off over this collection --- and that's no "tail"!
I saw Dogville Comedies for the first time on Turner Classic Movies and I just had to have it. There's some controversy about the episode set in a jungle, featuring dogs wearing Afro wigs and using black American dialects. I'm black and found it twofold funny. One, this short was filmed in the 1930's, more than thirty years before the wearing of Afro hairstyles. Two, English-speaking Africans have accents and use proper grammar. Dogville is a town with a canine population, no humans.
