NotesDigitally remastered two-fer containing a pair of albums on one disc. Formed by Bob Hodge, Get Down was Catfish's debut Sony album, dating from 1970. The Detroit blues band's album contained all original material, composed by Hodge and other band members. 1971's Live Catfish on Epic was recorded live at The Eastown Theatre, Detroit and was a mixture of covers (such as 'Nowhere To Run', 'Money' and 'Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On') and originals from Hodge. Shortly afterwards, the group broke up, but vocalist Bob Hodge has gone on to have a long and distinguished career as one of America's best bluesmen. Slipcased with new liner notes.
