Excellent for monitoring heart health
Very easy to set up, simple to use, and gives real time record of heart rate and activity. By registering on your phone, it will also analyse the readings and warn of problems such a brachycardia, AF, PVC or PAC. Useful if your GP can't catch episodes on an ECG or Halter.
