Curse of Success
I stopped exploring Big Country after I had worn out their first three albums. I was the loser in the end. Driving to Damascus, their last album with the original line up, has exceeded my expectations. Although it is not retrospective in anyway, the song writing, guitar licks and riffs are worthy of the talented musicianship behind them. A very good, honest and enjoyable album. Well worth a road trip.
