Good Choice!
I'm a beginner (at 65 yrs) and I found this book to be helpful. This concept actually delves into the "right hemisphere" of the brain.. the seat of our creativity. To create without analyzing or calling on our language (internal or external dialogue) is the realm of the right side brain. Drawing what one sees doesn't require analysis.. although it takes practice. I'm probably taking this farther than needed.
