I have seen other Tai Chi DVD`s but this one is one of the best. Performed by Lyn Williams each move is well explained in a step by step process, example the basic hand movements and breathing, the foot movements and the end sequence where all are combined both in speech and visual, there is also cut a ways of Lyn performing outside in a garden. run time 88 minsVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
