A different take on the vampire genre
Adaptations of Stephen King's novels can be hit or miss affairs but although I haven't read the novel on which this film is based, I found this film entertaining nonetheless. Miguel Ferrer gives a good performance as jaded reporter Richard Dees who goes on the trail of a serial killer who uses a light aircraft to travel to his kills. He begins to realise that there is more to this case than he expects. There is plenty of gore to keep the horror fans happy but I do not want to spoil the ending which I thought did not quite ring true but overall I liked this film.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
