An amazing thriller based on a real life story
If I didn't know this was based on a true story I'd never have believed it. Christopher Plummer is perfect as the con man and the leading lady is highly credible too. This is a true story of Eddie Chapman known as part of the gelantine (gelignite) gang who used to rob Cinemas in the 30's 40's. I read the book and just had to see the film when I heard one had been made and it does the book justice as some of the best actors of our time are in it.
