Starsky and Hutch the cap show that started it all . I got the season 3 some weeks ago and I love it. This cap show has everything in it : fun , action , comedy , sadness and a lot of friendship in basically every single episode. don't expect something like today's cap shows , it's a lot lighter even thaw some episodes deal with up-to-date problems . oww BTW : i'm expecting season 2 any day now :)
A great clut tv show thank y

The third season is a bit more drama, a bit more characters and toned down action. This was not because ratings were failing, but because a lot of conserned parents and busy bodies in the late 70's thought shows like this spawned violent behaviour in children and so on (what they would have done if they saw todays the Shield i don't know, probably have a stroke). So the third season might seem a little on the lackluster side compared to the previous two, but the humour is still good, and the guys, allthough a bit more serious and sad at times, are still the only Starsky & Hutch you'll ever need.
The entire third season of the coolest cop show on television during the Seventies (which one did you like, Starsky or Hutch?). Streetwise undercover cops Dave Starsky (Paul Michael Glaser in that cardigan) and Ken 'Hutch' Hutchinson (David Soul, the blond one) cruise the streets in a red and white Gran Turino, calling in favours from their street snitch Huggy Bear (Antonio Fargas, the coolest of the cool), and directed by their boss Captain Dobey (Bernie Hamilton). Episodes are: 'Starsky and Hutch on Playboy Island (Parts 1 and 2)', 'Fatal Charm', 'I Love You, Rosey Malone', 'Murder Ward', 'Death in a Different Place', 'The Crying Child', 'The Heroes', 'The Plague (Parts 1 and 2)', 'The Collector', 'Manchild on the Streets', 'The Action', 'The Heavyweight', 'A Body Worth Guarding', 'The Trap', 'Satan's Witches', 'Class in Crime', 'Hutchinson: Murder One', 'Foxy Lady', 'Partners', 'Quadromania' and 'Deckwatch'. Starring: David Soul, Paul Michael Glaser, Antonio Fargas, Bernie Hamilton, Samantha Eggar, Joan Collins, Don Pedro Colley, Karen Valentine, Roz Kelly, Tracy Brooks Swope, James Keach, Suzanne Somers, Don Gordon, Dee Wallace Stone, Karen Carlson, Janet Margolin, Frank Marth, Robert Viharo, J.J. Totally 70s and absolutely brilliant! Made me remember why I had Starsky posters on my bedroom wall as a child!!! Huggy Bear doesn't feature quite so much in this series, but the car chases, lady chasing and crime fighting are as good as ever. The chemistry between David Soul and Paul Michael Glaser is great. Will certainly be watching this again!
