This is a great introduction to Tai Chi principles. Easy to follow instructions, and simple movements, allow for quick understanding. The bonus second 18 movements allows for more experienced learners to stretch themselves further.
This dvd has good and bad points. The menu is quite hard to work and you cant pick single moves out. Some of the moves may be quite hard for beginnres in Tai chi. The more easy ones are very easy. The bit I dont like is the class showing some of the moves. I found that bit very hard to follow.The tips on the dvd are very good so are the the tips on posture. The dvd is set in wonderfull surrouding. The bonus bit it very good. I found that this dvd is more for an inermediate tai chi practice. A better beginners one would be the learn the art of tai chi or gentle tai chi. Or any of the hun yuang style dvd. Over all not a bad dvd but not for beginners.
