For the price I paid it is good value; but the product did not live up to expectations. Not as energetic as advertised and frankly I found it a bit boring. A bit disappointed - but as I say it was very cheap.

Nadia is nearly as wooden dancer as my wife,which is good thing .Anything better will automatically put her off. The supporting boys are doing fine and it was was pleasure to join them.
VERY AVERAGE WORKOUT DVD. BOUGHT FOR MY WIFE AS SHE GOES TO SALSA. HAD NEVER HEARD OF "NADIA" (VERY SHELTERED LIFE). HAVE NOW COMPARED WITH OTHER SALSA WORKOUT DVDs, THIS ONE IS MUCH MORE GAY(LIKE I WOULD KNOW) I THINK THE VILLAGE PEOPLE ARE IN IT. IF YOU CAN FOLLOW THE ROUTINES WITHOUT LAUGHING IT WILL WORK FOR YOU. IT ONLY COST 99p, FAR TOO EXPENSIVE! BUT WORTH THE LAUGH OF HAVING MICK TAKEN FOR NOT KNOWING WHO NADIA IS. NOW I KNOW WHY I DON'T WATCH BIG BROTHER, OR ANY OTHER SO CALLED REALITY TV. PERHAPS A BAD THING, COS IF I DID, I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT THIS DVD. YOU SEE, YOU LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY ON EBAY. Knowing how fanaticle Nadia is about her fitness I thought that this would be a great dvd routine and I was not let down in any respect. It is good for me because I am not a lover of the gym. If you want a good dance workout regime then this is the DVD for you.
