A worthy celebration of The Eagles, country rock giants.
One of the greatest bands of the past forty years, the Eagles were the tops in the realm of country rock. This farewell concert, from 2004, is basically a live performance of their back catalogue with almost every song they have ever recorded, backed up by a fine group of musicians, including Reggie Young who was a very talented lead guitarist on the Telecaster and who sadly passed away recently. ONE OF THE BEST CONCERTS EVER.
This has got to be one of the best concert dvds ever. The Eagles are, in my opinion, a really great band and this DVD only proves how absolutely brilliant they are. The singing, playing, production,editing and content leaves a feeling of real enjoyment. Many fans are unable to see the band live so this is the next best thing - a real treat.
