These clubs are easy to hit, carry the ball quite far, and are as accurate as any non "blade" golf club available. Off center hits usually go nearly as far as center hits (not) and there is very good feel or feedback from the club on impact. I replaced a set of MP-32 Blade style Mizuno clubs with these clubs and I am pretty happy with them. One of the compromises of ageing.

beautiful, solid, but I cannot spin even with these brand new grooves as well as I could my Cleveland CG14s that were worn out in the impact area

Can shape a shot but these clubs are worth every cent. Length a decent 10-15% further But the prejectory is what I noticed the most. Love the look and feel at address. Larger head from previous mizunos. Clubs on par with new Pings but have better control, feel.

I had been in the golf retail business for many years and had the luxury of hitting MANY irons in my day. I am very specific in performance needs and what I like to see and feel in an iron, and I only play forged... These are my favorite Mizuno's of all time because: 1) A PLAYERS designed "midsized" oversize clubhead with a satin finish on the face, and a SMALL offset. 2) Heavy perimeter weighting without the fat topline, and you cant see the back edge of the sole when standing over your iron's (which interferes with my line of sight, setup and direction, and obviously bugs the heck out of me!). 3) Because they are NOT weighted with a heavy sole (which gets the ball up quickly and thus a higher ball flight, which is good for some players with slow swing speeds) you get a LOWER ball flight (which is what I prefer), which is a absolute rarity with o/s iron's. Distances are easier to judge and if you play in the wind, your ball is less affected, thus more accurate again. 4) The workability is consistant Mizuno perfection...I can hit EVERY shot, which again, for an o/s iron is a rarity 5) And lastly... that Mizuno forged feel, LIKE BUTTAH!!!... I have hit many Mizuno irons, and though I LOVE there feel the best, these Comp EZ's have the softest feel out of their lineup, I would guess because of the thinner thickness of the face. I wish they would offer a custom set of these, I would be 1st in line...what can I say...Bring 'em back Mizuno!Read full review
The Comp EZ's are the most forgiving irons I have ever hit. I'm so pleased with these irons that I have 4 sets. The graphite shafts are my preference. These clubs look good at address and are very easy to hit. They have a slightly larger head, but the top line is thin as is the sole. They don't drag like other clubs I've hit that have wider soles. These are "Super great clubs". I have recommended them to fellow golfers.
