    The original and best

Peter Cooke and Dudley Moore in a film together!. Whos idea was that?. Well whoever s it was it was a brilliant idea.Peter Cook wants Dudley Moores soul and grants him wish`s in exchange. But as he is the devil poor Dudleys wish`s dont go as he wanted. This is the original version of this film and the best version. If you are a fan of Cooke and Moore you will love this and if you dont know who they are ( shame on you ) you will love this film and want to watch it again and again.

No pact with the devil comes easy

I always liked the satirical comedy of Peter Cook and Dudley Moore and this is their take on making a pact with the devil. No Pact with the devil is straight forward as Dudley Moore's Stanley Moon finds out. The problem for me is that Cook and Moore never stop being Cook and Moore and their performances do start to grate a bit. However, the film is funny in places especially the trampolining nuns sketch. Raquel Welch makes an appearance but this is probably to make the film appeal to American audiences. The film does show its age and a remake was made starring Elizabeth Hurley and Brendan Fraser.

  • Brilliant dry, zany humour you'd expect from Peter Cook and Dudley Moore.

One of the funniest films ever that you will be able to watch again and again.
