Product Information

Japanese action director Ryuhei Kitamura (VERSUS) helms the suspenseful drama SKY HIGH. After his fiancee Mina is murdered in a particularly gruesome way, police officer Kanzaki becomes a furious seeker of vengeance. Meanwhile, Mina finds herself before the gates of heaven with a difficult choice about what the next step will be for her soul. While Mina agonises over her decision and tries to help Kanzaki from the afterlife, he tracks down her murderer and discovers a serial killer with his own sinister agenda involving the powers of heaven and hell. SKY HIGH was based on a popular manga by Tsutomu Takahashi, and was made as the pilot film for a regular television show.

This is about a serial killer who is killing taking young girls hearts! A bride is killed on her wedding day (to detective), he seeks revenge, while she is given 3 options by gate resentment, reborn revenge or hell! Its an action horror film (got to admit the sword fighting was unimpressive) The actors main ones are good lookin (mostly the woman), the acting was a bit wooden in parts (especially the action),would,nt call it scary , still not a bad attempt from japan l,ve seen worser western horrors , wont mind blow you not bad!
