Product good, UPS handling not so good.
I have another just like it so it was easy to swap out to test it. It works just the way it should. This one will be used in another location. It was well packed however UPS managed to smash in one corner and brook off one corner of the pull down lid. A little supper glue fixed that. I know it wasn't that way. Good rebuildable printer
