STOP that water ingress.
I have tried to stop water from sneaking into my garage. Firstly I put a rubber strip down , which to be fair did work to a degree but water will find it's way around the sides. I found this Rubber sealant in black ( They also do it in white ) and as the rubber strip is black I tried this and put it around the garage door in the corners and where the garage door meets the frame and Bingo no more problems. I had to buy another tin as I went a bit overboard with the spraying but better to put too much on than not enough and at least now I have some for my leaking gutter. A good product which does the job , lets see how long it lasts but it has made my garage water tight as I had a new roof fitted recently.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does the job but creates an even bigger one
It did the job.....but the over spray went everywhere it took me longer to do a clean up than the actual job itself it needs a straw type nozzle so the spray goes exactly where you want it to not where it shouldn’t,wouldnt use it again especially in guttering over a conservatory or by windows or expensive patios 😡😡👎Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
