This product would of scored higher, but if it wasn't for YOU TUBE to take me through how to set it up it would still be sitting on my kitchen table. The instructions were confusing that came with the DVR so my advice don't look at them. Luckily I bought the internal hard drive at the time of buying the DVR as I would of being more confused I'm not a techie type of person. I did end up buying a monitor for it as I was using the TV to view and to download on to the USB stick. Now I'm happy everything is working.
