Good opener, works well.
I installed this myself. It was pretty straightforward. Instructions were clear, all parts and bolts were included. It came with a remote control that has a remarkable range from my experience. It was easy to program a new code and it was easy to program the additional keypad I bought later. It's been working a 16 ft swing gate with a wheel to aleave some of the weight. I have the force set at about 3/4 so it'll make it over small sticks and stones on my unpaved driveway. Only unexpected hassle was I needed to provide low voltage wire for power supply to battery charger. You will also need a 12v 20 ah battery, same as my lawn mower. One additional benefit (or negative) the gate is now automatically "locked" when ever the gate is closed. This keeps tweakers, nare-do-wells, friends and neighbors from just stopping in for a visit unannounced. The key pad will allow my selected friends to enter if I desire. A solar panel would allow this to work in a remote location without handy electricity.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Buy a different brand
Have owned 2 of the older Mighty Mule 360s which are the standard and a good product. Unfortunately the company has reengineered and designed a new model the 371 that is junk, designed to fail, has no stall force adjustment, antenna has a range of 4' wherein you most purchase a extended range antenna if you would like to use remote opener as which most are designed for (from your car, tractor, etc). Look at Ghost openers or other options. We will definitely stay clear of any product Mighty mule offers in the future.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

mighty mule 360
