This is no mat, it is just a cut out piece of cheap foam.
This mat is not suitable for a body workout So of course not for sleeping. The ends are rolling and don't stay flat open, it's very narrow and not really a human size and whatever is put on top of it leaves a sign on the foam. DEFINITELY NOT for yoga, and very cheap quality!
I doubt it would be even okay for camping, because the quality is so low. If you knee on it, the shapes of your knees will stay there forever.... It gets thinner with every use, it is slippery for yoga and again, everything you do, leaves its mark on the mat, and it's just a complete waste of money! Buy a more expensive yoga mat instead of trying to spare some pounds, because it turns out the cheaper is not necessarily cheaper...Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Terrible quality

Terrible for yoga
This is not suitable for yoga at all, the material provides no friction so the mat will slide all over the place. It's also very easy to tear and rip and mine ended up in pieces after a couple of sessions.
