HEAVY duty and HEAVY! :)
Expensive and heavy but will last a lifetime and great way to tote a complete set of tools around. Lifting this with full tools is a 2 man job but the handles are great for this. Handles move with adequate friction so they don't flop about and snap flat when not in use. This model comes with drawers but no foam liner in the drawer. Due to the case orientation when on rollers, you'll want to buy the solid foam inserts and cut out tool shapes so they stay organized. Time consuming to do but better in the long run. Collapsable handle is very sturdy and lock solidly in the retracted and/or extended position. The only other case like it is the Snap-On KMC but it is 50% more expensive, although the rolling/drawer open orientation doesn't change on the Snap-On--a advantage Snap-On. Essentially they are constructed very similar and equally durable. The Pelican case lacks the drawer support arms of the Snap-On but the drawers won't fall out if pulled straight out, especially when loaded with tools. They do remove very easily with a slight lifting motion on full extension. Simple design. Durable. Convenient. Heavy.
