A great selection to find your favourite pick
A good selection of picks to try out & find your favourite. I found the Heco Flex 50 & Ultex .60 to be my pick of the bunch. Both give almost identical tone, yet from vastly different materials. The Herco Flex 50 is nylon, yet it sounds bright, unlike the .60,.73 & .88mm Nylon picks in this pack, which lose the mids & top end highs, so sound muted. The Herco is very bright & balanced with good grip for the thumb & forefinger. The Ultex .60 is another great sounding pick, bright, well balanced & a touch more rigid than the Herco so better suited for picking but still great for strumming. The Tortex .60mm is the best of the Tortex bunch but does lack in the mids compared with the Herco & Ultex. The.73 & .88mm's just sound dead, in the mids & highs, so no good as acoustic picks imo. The medium celluloid is pretty good, nicely balanced, the thin is a touch bright & very noisy on the strings. The Flex .73 & .88mm have little to no flex & produce no brightness in the mids & highs. All in all, there's a few good usable picks in this pack & it was nice to try out the varying types available from Dunlop, to find the best. I've actually found two great picks, so in the future, would buy a pack of Herco Flex 50's & a pack of Ultex .60's as I struggle to pick my favourite from these two, both are superb for both strumming & pickingVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
