I found this very helpful for me sleeping at night. It helps. Don’t wake up with headaches in the morning as I’ve been told I grind my teeth when I sleep at night. Melted
I followed instructions, unfortunately when I came to remove teeth-guard it was melted. I required a knife to scrape the melted plastic off the box. The pliability of the plastic was too soft, hence the pictures display deformed plastic. In fairness, this product is good design and, if not softened to melting, would probably work quite well. After softening, the product has become quite rigid and hard. It should be shaped to your mouth when softened, but I'm not too sure if this would feel comfortable. The product is on the large size in comparison to two others purchased (see below). It does have a removable plastic insert, which, when removed, enables the wearer to breathe whilst wearing. I have purchased two others, one similar that does not have plastic insert (you can't then breathe thru ur mouth), the other just simply places over molars and front teeth. I prefer the latter design. I will not re-purchase this product. I bought to reduce nocturnal bruxism, grinding teeth.

very disappointed
wish I had read the reviews before buying and saved myself the money, despite following instructions the guard did not stay in place once moulded and would be impossible to sleep in as it kept falling out and would not serve it purpose. Not for bruxism
I bought it because of my problem with bruxism and it didn't help. This is not for this kind of cases. Material is ok and maybe it would help in a boxing match. It provoked lot of jaw pain in the morning, especially teeth pain so I gave up after couple of nights. It felt like my lower jaw and teeth will get displaced if I continue using it. Don't even go there with this product
This gum shield is not fit for purpose. Do not even go there with this product. It states to put gum shield in boling water to soften and then take out and mould around gum . Product doesn't mould around gums the plastic doesn't even move so you are left with a mouthpiece that if left in your mouth over night could choke you because it's not fitted properly and is loose in the mouth. So painful to wear and not for preventing teeth grinding at night
you cant possible sleep with this on comfortably, i tried it and was in pain so had to take it off. Its not the rubber ones that easily glide on that i was expecting. Overall this worked pretty good but beware its the top and bottom teeth together in one unit so its quite a mouthful when its in. I don't mind because protecting my teeth is very important to me and the custom made teethguards are very expensive. You probably get what you pay for.
Tastes of plastic which seemed to make my gums very dry which led to them being sore. Fitted my teeth fine but so bulky in my mouth that there was not enough room for my tongue.
