Lightweight & practical
This is a piece of very good quality equipment. If used regularly and with a healthy diet, you would certainly feel the difference. As for my self, I am still trying to motivate my self to use it on a regular basis so far I have failed miserably.

Great for small spaces
Bought as a gift for teenage son just getting into fitness. Due to lack of space this is ideal. Does lots of different exercises which is ideal for the beginner. Think I'll join in!

A POCKET GYM IN MY OWN SPARE ROOM
