It is a historical model. I remember these vehicles driving around the country delivering a variety of liquids. This is a good representation of a lorry in the 1960s. They were nearly always kept clean on the outside, no matter what they were carrying. These tankers were not used for petrol or diesel, but liquids such as apple juices and even chemicals. I used to see them in Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset and Avon.
