Hi, I tested these when they arrived, and they came soon after I made my order. I tested them with a meter, and i am glad to say they were all reading full voltage, 3.2 volts. You can buy these batteries else where, and find that they have been in storage before being sold that they have lost a lot of their voltage. But these were fine. I am very happy with these. Good for price....
