Thin neck made it unsuitable for low pressure system
The handset and hose was very attractive, nice quality and seemed very good value for te money. Unfortunately the product didn't suit the needs of my job and I had to send it back. The thin neck meant that the lowish pressure water just fell in a trickle. The more traditional shower head I had before, gave no problems so I had to order one of those instead.
