It's a really good item, helping me loads in these times of working out from home. Only problem is that the narrow grips are impossible to do as you can't get all the way down. Also it does not work your back like it says, it's a push movement not a pull.

Good product for a tough exercise
The push up board is sturdy, solid and is overall of good quality. It really offers a great deal of variety to train your arms and upper body. The only criticism I have is that the grip of the handles is made of hard plastic and is not covered with a soft surface so it is advisory to wear gloves while exercising to protect your palms. Also, on hard surfaces such as hardwood or tile flooring it tends to slip forwards as you do your push ups so it is best to place a non-slip mat underneath. Overall a good product and is worth its price.
