No tool is perfect
I bought this tool to assist with removing two tiles off a wall. In theory it is well designed, however - I found the 'no tool' fitting system a bit of a fiddle and the operating lever requires quite a forceful effort to operate. Also if not turned to the fully open poistion it has a tendancy to slip back & that bruised my fingers. In operation the tool is noisy. The provided disc for removing grout / cutting tiles was not very effective, being slow and has already worn out after a couple of tiles. (I did not expect a brilliant disc, but thought it would do better) The dust extraction system is OK, but makes the tool less practical in use. The power cable is quite stiff and again this affects the ease of use and putting it back in the supplied case. I guess it is OK for the price I paid, but would have been sorry if I paid full price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
