The brim of the cap is structured with a clear Perspex that exceeded the join, the brim is sewn into the cap and covered with a thick lining but due to the excess material it didn’t sit correctly and I had to make some alternations to allow to fit correctly. Thankfully the are hidden inside the cap but was surprised at how much excess material from the brim I had to trim off!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
