Poor refurbishment.
This Alloy Rim was not the one in the photo I looked at and purchased it had a completely different ID number and the powder coating was very poorly done with large areas of the alloy being missed and poorly adhered it also had a couple. of drip marks the inside and the outside of the rim. I would have been better off buying a cheap one and refurbishing it myself maybe costing slitty more but at least it would have been perfect which is what I wanted.
