Product not user friendly
This product is not user-friendly in any way, but I acknowledge that a lot of my problems are probably because of my computer. First of all, I had to take the software to a technician who could install it for me because I couldn't make it work. There was a cost involved, of course. So far, I have been able to scan just one page of a 300-page manuscript that I wanted to convert to Word for editing. I don't know what the problem is and maybe the answer is somewhere in the software's guide, but I'm not good at technology and the software doesn't really help. I would probably give the product a better rating -- and I'm sure it works well for other users -- if it had been easier for me to handle. I know you don't have a return policy, and that makes sense because of the nature of the product, but I'll keep trying to make it work because I have no other choice.
