    thinner than original but good form

    The form is good but it is made from 2mm aluminium compared to the 4mm of the original. In the absence of anything else it is worth having but it would be great if the manufacturer would make it in 4mm

    Great produce

    Looks well made and fitted nicely to My Xt500C which originally only had a small steel bash plate. This looks exactly the same as the characteristic XT/ TT later modes (1977 on)
