Versatile and great sounding hats
I purchased the 14 inch K Sweet Hats to complete an entire set up from the series. These are some seriously great sounding and feeling hats. They are reminiscent of New Beats, but slightly lighter and darker. The “chick” sound projects well, but is not harsh. Stickings on closed hats are very articulate, and the semi-closed sound plenty of roar and volume. I can’t t think of a musical situation these hats wouldn’t easily cover. Another great line from the cymbalsmiths at Zildjian.
