Decent but overly complex program, bad manufacturer
The product itself is very complete and powerful - and comes with a difficult learning curve. In my case the installation resulted in numerous error warnings. Among them was a warning that I lacked an driver to save reports in PDF format. It turns out that Intuit uses an ancient Windows XML service as a work-around to generating a PDF document. That brings me to Intuit, which is a company that I have tried to avoid doing business with. They are very demanding. For example, after entering the unique product key for your specific program instance, you MUST register the program using your name, company name, address, email and phone number. Your email is verified by sending you an email demand to verify before the program becomes usable. (So why bother with the product key?) For this you get a 32-bit program that lacks a true pdf generator. To me, that's cheap - and not a good value.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

hard for me to say; program loaded ok but could not restore qb back up which was a 2006 pro ver offer was made to upload file to take off passwd but due to HIPPA rules i couldn't give up files that have clients on it so i guess i have to start from the beginning and manually input all client information i bought new puter and it wouldn't install qb 2006 hence my predicament other than that program looks good and did install no problems on win 10 64bit asus laptop.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
