Edam Cheese Ball
This is a great ball of Dutch Edam Cheese, it is mild in flavour, cuts well, grates well and melts delightfully when used in food and dishes. It is also low in sugar, which is a big plus for Diabetics who need to watch their blood glucose. It is high in protein, but also high in fats, but if used reasonably and sparingly, then the fats issue is not a problem. Heavenly when paired with onion or pickle in a sandwich! What's not to love?
