Cost effective. Next to nothing running costs.
A great product. It does away with buying batteries and already it has paid for itself. This is the must have product for the Omron Blood Pressure Monitor. No substitutes will do.

It works, is cheap , is efficient.....
What to say about a power supply....it works with the OMRON Blood Pressure meter whilst some other ~6V DC unregulated power supplies do not . It is efficient, cheap., but, before use, remove the non-rechargeable alkaline batteries!
