    Garmin instinct

    Arrived a day before it was expected. Needed to download instructions 30 pages long also had a bit of trouble installing to my computer. But when I finally got it all going was brilliant. Relays sleep, heart , distance travelled, paces walked. Something for everyone. Runners, walkers, cyclists, swimmers. Also at the second hand price couldn't knock it. A bit complex to use due to the many functions. So you need to give yourself some time to learn it. Got graphs on my mobile for heart rhythms and sleep both of which I take morbid interest.
