i brought this dvd cus i was in search of the perfect easy workout!! ive brought others in the past and its always been a case of watch it once, feel too tired, never watch again!! for some reason i thought this one might be different - and i was right. it comprises of a 10 minute warm up section, 40 minute circiut and then 10 minute stretch. the circuit includes excercises which work out your legs, upper body, core and upper body, butt and stomach. the exercises themselves are easy, and simple to remember. they are simple movements which you repeat only 20 times, then move onto another movement, and then go back and do another 20 (if that makes sense!!), so a certain part of your body doesnt get too tired, if you havnt done exercise for a while (like me!) then its easy to just start off doing half of what isabella does. ive only done this dvd about 5 times now and i can see and feel a difference already. i would highly recommend it!!Read full review
At last an exercise dvd that delivers what it promises! Not for the faint hearted, you will need to have good fitness and endurance levels. There aren't any complicated routines to follow, just put in the work to see the results. Music's not bad either. Isabella is one fit lady!
Isabella isn't the most exciting presenter you've ever seen but the workout is excellent - and that's where it counts! Well worth the money.
